Terms and conditions for Core Tulum partner venues

These Partner Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your participation as a partner venue in the Core Tulum membership program. By joining our partner network, you agree to these terms and commit to providing excellent service to our members.
Partners must maintain high standards of service, food quality, and customer experience. Core Tulum members should receive the same level of service as all other customers.
Partners must honor all published offers and discounts for verified Core Tulum members. Offers should be clearly communicated to staff and consistently applied.
Partners must use the provided QR code scanning system to verify member status before applying discounts. Staff should be trained on the verification process.
Partners must maintain valid business licenses, health permits, and insurance coverage. Any changes to business status must be communicated to Core Tulum immediately.
Core Tulum does not charge commission fees on transactions with members. Partners keep 100% of revenue from member visits.
Partners are responsible for the cost of discounts offered to Core Tulum members. Discount amounts and terms are agreed upon during the partnership setup process.
Partners handle all payment processing directly with customers. Core Tulum is not involved in financial transactions between partners and members.
Partners may access limited member information necessary for verification and service provision. This information must be kept confidential and used only for Core Tulum purposes.
Partners must implement reasonable security measures to protect member data and must not share, sell, or misuse member information.
Partners agree to use the Core Tulum system for tracking member redemptions and provide accurate data for analytics and reporting purposes.
Partners may display Core Tulum branding materials as provided and approved. Any modifications to branding materials require prior written approval.
Partners may be featured in Core Tulum marketing materials, website, and app. Partners grant permission for Core Tulum to use venue photos and information for promotional purposes.
Core Tulum will promote partner offers through its platform and marketing channels. Partners should ensure offers remain current and available as advertised.
Either party may terminate this partnership with 30 days written notice. Partners must continue to honor existing member offers during the notice period.
Core Tulum may suspend or terminate partnerships immediately for material breaches, including failure to honor offers, poor service quality, or violation of these terms.
Upon termination, partners must cease using Core Tulum branding and return any provided materials. Member data access will be revoked immediately.
Partners maintain full responsibility for their business operations, customer safety, and compliance with local laws. Partners agree to indemnify Core Tulum against any claims arising from their business operations or interactions with Core Tulum members.
